Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AZNSRZ

High temperature dishwasher (pan washer) achieved at least 71 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse. Note: Wash temperature decreased over a few cycles--ensure that manufacturer's instructions are followed for the use of this dishwasher. Instructions state to "wait until wash temperature reaches 155 to 160 degrees F (68 to 71 degrees C) and the rinse tank temperature reaches at 195 to 200 F (90 to 93 degrees C) prior to loading items into rack and starting cycle.
