Routine inspection conducted for Sheila's Catering. Kitchen area is on the bottom floor of the facility and was not in use at time of inspection. If floor plans change, please submit an application to your district inspector for approval prior to changing the kitchen layout.

Temperatures: (max: 4C for coolers, -18C for freezers; min: 60C for hot-holders)
- Walk-in beverage cooler / walk-in cooler at 3C
- Temperature logs are up-to-date for all walk-in coolers and freezers
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Deep fryer in sanitary condition. Oil is changed once every several days.
- Ventilation slats are clean. Employee states that they are cleaned and sanitized through the dishwasher weekly
- All freezers and coolers were organized at time of inspection. Raw foods were placed underneath cooked and ready-to-eat foods

Employee Hygiene and Sanitizing:
- No dishwasher present in kitchen. Dishwasher to be set up within the next month. All dishes are transported to dishwasher located upstairs.
- Quats-based sanitizer dispenses at 200 ppm, sanitizer bottle contained approximately 200 ppm quats. Janitorial space is organized.
- All handsinks stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels

Pest Control:
- No visible signs of pest control at time of inspection. City of Surrey is responsible for administrating pest management programme.

Note: Employee on-site does not currently have FoodSafe renewed. Ensure that there is someone on-site with FoodSafe if food is being prepared.
