Observation: Utensils not properly prereinsed/presoaked prior to going through the dishwasher as food debris observed affixed to large number of utensils.
Corrective Action(s): Examine all utensils and rewash all those that were not properly washed as discussed with kitchen manager. All staff responsible for warewashing to be retrained to ensure they are properly prerinsing and prescraping utensils prior to going through the dishwasher. All utensils going through the dishwasher to be examined prior to tbe available to the residents.
