Comments

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of stand up cooler recorded at 3C
- Chest freezer at -19C
- No hot holding was conducted at the time of inspection.
- Handwash station was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink available for manual dishwashing. 100ppm chlorine residual recorded.
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher has been serviced and 50ppm chlorine residual measured during rinse cycle.
- General food storage practices were satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
