Observation: * Food equipment and food was found being stored improperly and can lead to cross contamination issues. This includes walk-in cooler/freezer units and storage areas
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL storage areas maintained properly and organized so that food/food equipment protected from contamination(eg. single use containers to be kept in original bag, etc). Reorganize and de-clutter ALL storage areas through out facility

Observation: * Build up of grime/debris found through out kitchen and storage areas that requires immediate cleaning attention and regular maintenance to maintain proper sanitary conditions
Corrective Action(s): * Thoroughly clean/sanitize ALL areas in kitchen/storage including food equipment as build up found through out these areas and not maintained properly.

Observation: * Grout in tiled area near dishwashing station has deteriorated and requires regrouting to allow proper cleaning/maintenance.
Corrective Action(s): * Regrout all areas where grout depleted around the tiles and maintain to allow proper cleaning/maintenance

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Some food handlers were found without proper hair protection and hair was hanging down over food and this can lead to contamination of food. Operator addressed this immediately
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure food handlers wear proper hair protection while handling food. Also, reminded staff to wash hands before and after food handling and changing tasks or entering food area from outside.
