-General sanitation satisfactory - areas underneath sink and underneath glasswasher are free of debris. -No signs of recent pest activity were observed at time of inspection. -Bar coolers were at 4C -Ice sink was maintained in sanitary condition, no signs of contamination were noted. -Iodine glasswasher contained an iodine residual of 12.5 ppm at final rinse. Handsink equipped with hot/cold running water, paper towels, and foam soap from mounted dispenser.
