Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prep cooler on far right of kitchen was measured to be above 4C. The potentially hazardous food was moved into cooler below that recorded below 4C. Ice was place in and around bins to lower temperature for non potentially hazardous foods in prep cooler.
Ensure the prep cooler is able to maintain a temperature of or less than 4C

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1)Scoop handles stored inside of dry food such as flour. Operator took scoops out and placed them out in a sanitary manner
2)Ice machine had pink biofilm (slime) building up on the inside. Operator quickly had staff clean and sanitize the area. Ensure ice machine is cleaned regularly.

Kitchen:
-Dishwasher achieved 50-100ppm of chlorine as per test strip
-Hot holding units are at or above 60C
-Dry storage is organized and clean
-No signs of pest activity
-QUATs sanitizer bottle achieves 200ppm
-Handwash stations are stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
Ensure ice build-up on freezer floor corner is cleaned up

Bar:
-Iodine dishwasher achieves 12.5ppm
-handwash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water
-maintained in sanitary condition
-all coolers are at or below 4C
