Requested cleaning has been done: - back room has been swept, wiped down, and organized - bleach available at ware washing sink - produce cooler panel has been sealed with sheet metal (to be extended upwards) - hole near dairy cooler has been sealed - North wall black panels easily accessed - staff showed EHO an area free of rodent droppings and holes - West wall (rice bags) have been elevated - holes along West wall have been filled - cleaning well done around bulk bins (panels removed) and bread area - pot/pan area cleaned and organized Continue maintaining the current level of sanitation, and keep regular inspections from your contracted pest control company Thank you!
