Observation: Ice machine interior requires cleaning. Area shown to the operator at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the machine manually cleaned/scrubbed and sanitized on a regular basis in addition to the automatic self clean as advised at this time. Ensure to empty out the machine before cleaning. [CORRECT BY: FRIDAY]

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C.
- Thermometers in place for temperature monitoring.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.1'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 2 comp sink equipped properly.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle.
NOTE: Ensure to have the bottle labelled as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'.
- No evidence of pest activity observed inside the facility.
NOTE: Ensure to have the backdoor closed at all times.
NOTE: Back space used as a storage/dishwashing area, not for food prep. OK.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory at this time.
