- All inserts in pizza prep cooler and food in undercounter coolers were left uncovered
Corrective Action(s): - Store all food items off the floor to protect from contamination
- Keep all food items well covered with proper lids or plastic wrap. The inserts of the pizza prep cooler must be kept closed when not busy to protect from contamination and maintain proper temperatures

- All handsinks in kitchen, front area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler, pizza prep coolers and drinks cooler- all are measured at temperature less than 4C
- Thermometers are available in all coolers and freezers
- Chest freezer is functional and measured at less than -18C
- Three compartment sink set up with sanitizer solution and concentration measured at 100ppm chlorine, drain plugs are available
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
