Corrective Action(s): Ensure all lids ae closed while inserts are not in use for cooking. Ensure scoops are stored outside in a sanitary manner. Corrected during inspection.

General Comments: Pop cooler is at or bellow 4C Walk in cooler is at 1.5C Under the counter cooler is at 3C. Inserts are at or below 4C Beverage cooler is at 4C Temperature monitoring record maintained. Operator has Foodsafe Level 1 Permit to Operate is posted. Hand sinks provided with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towel. 150 ppm quats in spray bottles used as sanitizer. 200 ppm quats sanitizer used in 3 compartment dishwashing sinks. General cleaning in the premise is satisfactory. Premise is operating take out only. No dine in. Covid-19 Safety Plan in place. Staff wear masks. Signs and floor marking are in place. Hand sanitizers are provided for customers and staff.
