No more leak detected from dishwasher and it had 192F final rinse temperature today. Temperature are recorded daily.
Invoice available onsite for review. Operator informed that a very small drip is noticed time to time after repair and technician has ordered new part for this already.
->tube disconnected for detergent and rinse aid, please have technician reconnect by follow up inspection
->dishware are always prewashed in two compartment sink prior to loading into dishwasher
Wet wiping clothes were submerged in 100ppm bleach sanitizer.
Rice spatula soaked in ice water bath
Bean sprouts submerged in ice water bath
No rehydrated noodles kept at room temperature at time of inspection
Bar handsink not used to wash items
No food being cooled at time of inspection, dry storage is adequate
