Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cook line prep cooler is 11 Celsius in lower chamber. Addjusted during inspection. Note that very little perishable food was in the fridge at the time of inspection. Monitor fridge and do not use for perishables until it operates at 4 Celsius or below.
