- Premises and equipment appear clean/maintained. Minor amount of grease/food debris noted on floor between proofer and adjacent prep table. Ensure this area is cleaned.
- Exhaust canopies appear clean/maintained. Professionally service Jun 2021
- Handsinks in food preparation area and staff washroom supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder)

- Temperatures of cold holding units are checked 4 times daily with readings entered into online monitoring system (Hutbot)
- High temperature dishwasher operational and met sanitizing temperature. Final rinse temperature measured 72.5C at dish surface with min/max thermometer
- In use wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer solution. Concentration of sanitizer solution in buckets measured 200ppm.
- Peroxide disinfectant used on high touch surfaces in customer service area.
- No evidence of pest infestation noted at time of inspection. Pest control contract in place with monthly service. Viewed most recent pest control report from service in July. Door sweep was installed on front door as per recommendation from Technician.
- Foodsafe requirement met at time of inspection. Area Leader present and has completed Foodsafe level 1. Copy of certificate present on-site.

Note: Signature of recipient on report not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols. Observations of inspection discussed with Area Leader and copy of report provided.
