Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths at several work stations observed not fully submerged in sanitizer due to the level of sanitizer being too low in the container.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff are aware of the level of sanitizer needed in each container to ensure wiping cloths are fully submerged.

Dishwasher at 120F and approx 75ppm chlorine in final rinse. Soap dispensed into wash tank
