Follow-up inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C3ZLTM. -Chest freezer is out of service. Frozen foods was stored in stand-up freezer able to hold -18C air ambient temperature or lower until a new chest freezer is purchased to hold an air ambient temperature of -18C or lower. -COVID-19 Safety Plan developed and available on-site. -Daily health cechk of staff conducted verbally or through text message. -Maximum occupancy limit indicated in COVID-19 Safety Plan and signage posted of 3 at the front door. -Directional arrows in place to facilitate one-way traffic. -Physical distancing signage in place. Report emailed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
