Routine Inspection Completed. Permit posted and up to date. Hand washing sinks adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap. Coolers at 4C or below. Walk-in freezer (back) at -18C or below. Temperature logs available and maintained. Food stored off the ground and covered. QUATs surface sanitizer in spray bucket at ~200ppm. 3 Compartment sinks available for manual dishwashing and QUATs at ~200ppm. Employees in uniform with hair tied back/covered.
