Corrective Action(s): The floor of the walk-in cooler along the walls/under racks, the areas surrounding the undercounter trash bins, under the pop syrups, and the bottom shelf of the preparation cooler (crumbs) need to be cleaned and kept clean on a regular basis. Comments

General observations: Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less. Hot holding units were 70 degrees Celsius. Food display and storage practices appeared to be good. Organization of storage areas was satisfactory. Hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water. Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory. General sanitation of the store (except as noted above) was satisfactory. Chemicals were stored in a safe manner. No signs of pests.
