Hand wash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in dispensers and paper towel in dispensers. All hot holding food items >60C. Thank you. Fridges <4C. Coolers <4C. Freezers <-18C. Utensils are washed in sink beside oven and sanitized before use. Please ensure you do this during down time and store in a clean container. Surfaces sanitizer: >200ppm Quat Coffee station appears clean and free of food residue. Coolers and storage at the back: could use some more cleaning. Pull out shelves and sweep behind racks on regular basis. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Traps in place.
