-Coolers at 4 C or below.

-Low temperature dishwasher registered 50-100 ppm chlorine on plate surface during final rinse.
-Surface sanitizer available in buckets with cloths stored inside - registered 200 ppm chlorine.
-Discussed buffet procedures.

**Reminder to replace worn out cutting boards. One cutting board was discarded at the time of inspection.
