Observation: 1) Chest freezers (all 3) have excessive ice build up
2) A number of products found in walk in cooler found far past their best before date - from July 2019 to Dec 2019. This included a visibly bulging jug of soy milk
3) Minute Maid frozen drink containers found in walk in cooler - at least one has dripped through the packaging and left sticky residue along the bottom shelf
4) 4 bricks of butter found with torn packaging
Corrective Action(s): 1) Defrost freezers. Discard damaged product if necessary
2) Products removed for sale at time of inspection. Don't offer to sell products that are significantly past their best before dates
3) Keep frozen products in freezer. Clean up spills immediately
4) Butter removed for sale. Discard

Note: floor plans have been received and were rejected for proposed kitchen in back. Renovations appear to be ongoing
You MUST receive health approval before adding kitchen, kitchen equipment, and/ or new services
Walk in cooler operating at 3-4C, however has a mouldy smell
**To clean out mould, mix 1 part bleach with 9 parts water, spray down suspect areas, allow to sit, then wipe clean. Repeat as necessary
Beverage machines must be treated as food contact equipment. This means regular wash, rinse, and SANITIZE all surfaces that touch the beverage and/or concentrates
Remember to clean catch trays at least daily, as spring and summer months will bring fruit flies
Bathroom hand sink supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
