Follow-up inspection conducted to assess the monitoring process for receiving. The facility had a complaint about selling rotten Napa cabbage in bulk boxes. Through the investigation, it was determined that the store was not checking the products upon delivery. The store manager produced inspection logs that were being used to check deliveries. However, a staff member was seen filling in old log sheets in the presence of the inspector. Ensure that a system is in place to regularly monitor deliveries. DO NOT fill in logs with inaccurate information. Inspector will return for a follow-up.
