Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-General food storage practice satisfactory. NOTE: Cooked meats on a metal tray to be covered with saran wrap after cooling.
-100-200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle and in bucket to hold wiping cloths. NOTE: Ensure to label the bottle as "sanitizer" or "bleach"
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 75.6'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained. No evidence of pest activity observed.
-General sanitation improved, but still requires more frequent cleaning of certain areas - on the side and underneath stove / front storage area.

NOTE: Cut vegetables and eggs placed above the limit lines in the inserts- top of the prep cooler during lunch rush. Ensure to store food below the limit lines.
NOTE: Egg cartons to be removed from the cook line to avoid fire hazard.
