- All coolers ambient air temperature below 4 degree C.
- Walk in freezer
- Sanitizer pail quipped with 200 ppm QUATs
- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of above 72 C on dish surface
- Ice scoops stored in a sanitary manner
- Meat slicer cleaned and sanitized after use
- No sigh of pests
- General sanitation satisfactory.
