Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In-use utensils were stored in room temperature water.
Corrective Action(s): In-use utensils must be stored in ice water. Replace the ice water and wash your utensils every four hours. Staff made an ice water mixture at the time of inspection.

Observation: Tiles near floor drain require repair as per initial inspection
Corrective Action(s): Repair the tiles. Surfaces must be smooth, easy to clean and impervious to water. This must be repaired by your next inspection.

Observation: Small amount of droppings observed by the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Clean the droppings up with a 5000ppm solution of chlorine (1 cup bleach in 9 cups of water).
2) Contact your pest company and follow all recommendations
3) Operator has purchased sticky traps already. Reminder that poisons are not allowed in food premises.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sidewalk salt stored next to food grade salt.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store sidewalk salt near food as it is not intended for human consumption. Staff moved sidewalk salt at the time of inspection.
