Routine inspection conducted with the presence of 2 staff.

- General sanitation was good.
- All the hand sinks were fully supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- 3-compartment sink available for ware wash.
- Walk-in-cooler and meat display coolers below 2 degrees C.
- Upright freezer -17.8C
- Walk-in-freezer used as a dry storage, no perishable food stocked.
- Hot-holding unit not in use at time of insepction. Infrared/probe thermometer available to measure food temperature in the unit.
- 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer in spray bottles for the front service area and the back during the inspection.
- Tongs in the display case not touching food.
- Walk in cooler was in sanitary condition, no grease or food debris built up.
- Staff on shift has valid Foodsafe Level 1 training certificate.
-No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.

Note: In hot holding area, put tongs in a clean containers instead of directly on the counter. Make sure clean and sanitize the tongs every 2 hours.
