Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink and preparation sink available. QUATs test strips available. QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm.
Prep cooler across the front hand sink, beverage cooler, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -19C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Operator informed that in-use utensils are washed and sanitized every 2-3 hours.
Vegetable dicer/slicer and fountain drink station in sanitary condition. Meat slicer observed in sanitary condition.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
