- Freezer temperatures are satisfactory
- Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at 400ppm concentration (Keystone Multi-Quat sanitizer)
*Note: Concentration of sanitizer at the dispenser is at the maximum high limit for usage as a no-rinse sanitizer. Multi-Quat product may be used as a no-rinse sanitizer at concentrations betwen 200-400ppm. Higher concentrations require food-contact surfaces to be rinsed with water after application.*
