Follow-up inspection conducted: - Warmer now operating above 60'C. Ambient air temperature at the top shelf 80'C, second top shelf 83'C, bottom shelf above 83'C. Facility can now start using the warmer to sell pizza slices. Ensure to submit an updated Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan to the health inspector.
