Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aforementioned item. Can opener blade must be cleaned and sanitized after each use or every 2 hours of continous use which ever lesser.

Corrective Action(s): Service low-temperature dishwasher to measure between 50-200ppm chlorine final rinse. Corrected by: February 20, 2024.

Temporary use 3-compartment sink to manually wash dishes (wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry).

Routine Inspection conducted today.
Kitchen used for members only volunteers from within members use the kitchen. Outside catering companies used for private events do not have access to the kitchen. Kitchen no being used at the time of inspection.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Stock chlorine available. 2-compartment sink available. 3-compartment sink available.
Domestic combo cooler/freezer measured at 4C and -18C respectively. Chest freezer measured at -22C. Decommissioned walk-in cooler used for dry storage.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
