Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers at adequate temperature. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 71.7C at the plate level. Routine pest control service in place (bi-weekly). No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips. In-use utensils are stored in sanitary manner. Ice machine appears to be in sanitary condition. General food storage practice is excellent.
