Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quaternary ammonium sanitizer spray bottle measured at 100 ppm. Operator stated the solution is refilled every couple days.
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the sanitizer bottle with 200 ppm quaternary ammonium solution immediately. Sanitizer concentration degrades over time and must be change at least daily.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk-in cooler was lacking an accurate thermometer.

- Sandwich cooler and walk-in cooler maintained below 4C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer available from the dispenser.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
- Food equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
- Food products stored off the ground.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.

Covid19 Safety Plan:
- Operator unable to produce a Covid19 Safety Plan. Follow WorkSafeBC's template and develop a Covid19 Safety Plan that represents the facility.
- Daily health checks not developed. Operator must develop daily health checks for Covid19 and checks staff daily.
- Maximum occupancy limit not posted. Post the maximum occupancy at the front entrance.
