Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats spray bottles in the kitchen (3) were at approximately 50 ppm. 200 ppm Quats is required.
Corrective Action(s): Refilled manually during the inspection to 200 ppm.

Observation: Sanitizer dispenser was not working properly. The Quats solution being dispensed registered at 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Fix as soon as possible.

Observation: a) Four light covers missing from the lights located near the entrance to the kitchen.
b) Plastic cover/ tile located underneath the dishwasher has come loose
Corrective Action(s): a) Replace within one month.

Comments

-There are no dishwasher final sanitizing rinse records for October 6, 2016. Having a functioning dishwasher is a requirement, and it must be checked daily.
-Temperature records not available for the walk-in cooler for today.
-Recommend checking the Quats sanitizer solution daily.

All coolers were < 4 C.
Hot held items (purees etc.) were > 60 C.
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse cycle reached 100 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
