Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Labelled sanitizer spray bottle had very little solution left, which was measured at 0ppm QUAT. Sanitizer bucket had 0ppm QUAT. Staff had refilled the bottle and bucket with 200ppm QUAT at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the 200ppm QUAT is available for use at all times. All food prep surfaces must be sanitized using the solution at this time as advised.

Observation: Front drink cooler operating above 4'C. Ambient air temperature at this time was measured ~8'C and did not change by the end of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the cooler temperature adjusted or serviced if to store potentially hazardous food in the unit- ex. milk.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations (front/prep area) adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place; recent records checked at this time.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.3'C at the plate level after final rinse. Dishwasher is usually turned on after 2:00pm, unless major dishwashing is required during lunch time. Mostly manual dishwashing is done before 2:00pm, if necessary.
-Automated dispenser dispensing 200ppm QUAT.
-General food storage practice very good. Back storage area satisfactory.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

NOTE: Staff had mentioned about leaking issue with the dishwasher. No leak was observed at this time.

Facility is maintained in a good sanitary condition.
