Comments

Reviewed proper cooling practices with the operator.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
The walk-in freezer was < -18 C.
No evidence of pests. A pest control company comes on site monthly.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
