Well maintained & operated. Sanitation is excellent. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measures < -18 C. Ice machine receives a CIP procedure approximately every 6 months, along with preventative maintenance on refrigeration units. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Q. Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse temperature measures 73 C. Premises complies with the Transfat regulation. No recommendations.
