Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Walk-in-cooler was 2C; front assembly cooler was 4C; back produce cooler was 4C; hot holding units 60C or hotter; and thermometer present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- 3-compartment sink used for dishwashing. Soap and bleach present for washing and sanitizing.
- Exhaust hood professionally cleaned Jan. 8/18. Hood and filters are clean.
- General sanitation is good.
- No signs of pests.
- Food stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; in groups with raw proteins below RTE foods; and 6" off the floor on shelves or pallets.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- No expired foods being sold or in use.
- Staff wash hands frequently and after working on with the POS system.
- Ensure to replace all cracked or damaged equipment and utensils. Any item with duct tape on it shall be thrown away and new equipment and utensils shall be purchased.
