Dishwasher has been repaired and tested at 71.0 - 75C at plate surface during rinse cycle using multiple thermometers.

Operator is to start a daily log to check dishwasher's rinse temperature. Purchase a max/min probe thermometer to test the rinse temperature (minimum 71C at the thermometer). Keep a log of daily check - will be checking for this on follow up inspection.

The rest of the items on routine inspection have yet to be addressed. To be completed for follow up inspection on May 3rd, 2017. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact inspector.
