- Routine inspection. - Hand sink had hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - Two-compartment sink available for manual warewashing (of coffee urns, etc.) maintained in sanitary conditions. - Mop sink closet maintained in sanitary condition. - All coolers measured at 4C or colder. - All freezer temperatures satisfactory. - General sanitation is good. - Regular pest control servicing in place. No signs of pest activity noted. *Note: new coffee machine with grinder available onsite. Machine is cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis.
