Walk-in cooler (kitchen) at 3.0 C:
Note:The walk-in cooler is repaired. Food is stored safely at the time of inspection; however, the handle is broken.
Note: The basement walk-in cooler - no food; only kegs;
New door seals (special order) are available but not installed. Please, replace as per the previous report.

Maintenance:
The counter top front of the kitchen hand sink - missing part of plastic counter top; has to be refinished;
Note: It's not easy to clean and sanitize as well as potential for food debris accumulation.
A wall of the dishwashing area - broken tile; please, replace;
