Routine inspection conducted:

Handsink equipped with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels
Reach-in glass door cooler: initially at 7 deg C due to busy lunch rush (students opening/closing door), but reached 3 deg C.
3 door upright cooler: 3.8 deg C
Upright freezer: -16 deg C
Chest freezer: -17 deg C
Thermometers available in all cold holding units
Temperature logs were up-to-date.
No hot holding at time of inspection
200 ppm QUATS surface sanitizer available in cloths at rag buckets (cloths have sanitizer in them when dry, and are activated when water is added)
3 compartment sink used for dishwashing
General sanitation excellent. All floors, food contact surfaces, and equipment were clean and free of any food debris/dirt
No signs of pests
Dry Storage area is kept in excellent condition, all foods stored off the floor
