- In back corner shelf nearest dry storage.
Corrective Action(s): Please contract a pest control company and notify them of the activity to have your facility assessed.
Areas where droppings are found will need to be disinfected with a 1 part bleach : 9 part water mixture. Monitor area for additional activity.

Meat slice not in use at time of inspection (purchased pre-sliced products)

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
Facility serviced by a professional pest control company on a monthly basis.
