Main floor glasswasher repaired, measured 100 ppm chlorine on the glassware surface at the time of inspection. Operator has ordered a new part for the low temperature dishwasher. part is expected to arrive today. Extension for repair of dishwasher granted to Dec 28, continue using 2 compartment sink for sanitizing dishware washed in the machine. Food service is on single use wares. Operator is purchasing a replacement glasswasher for the upstairs bar. do not use the current upstairs glasswasher for washing anything. all glassware to be put through main floor glasswasher.
