Observation: Back entrance door - door sweep is damaged and does not close tightly with the floor allowing the entrance of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Re-install a new door sweep to exlcude pest entry, gap between sweep and floor to be less than 1 cm.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following areas: in corner and under back metal wire shelving, on floor in corner beside dishwasher, along both sides of 2 door upright cooler and in corner next to front display cooler.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.
