Routine inspection: No changes to operation. Warehouse storage and distribution of grains, liquid malt, syrups, hops, bulk chemicals, brewing supplies, etc. All items stored off the floor on pallets or shelves. Facility is well lit with pest control services in place (once per week). No evidence of pests at time of inspection. Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods stored. Temperature monitoring record maintained and available for review. Chest freezer available for use. Staff washrooms leading into warehouse provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Warehouse washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
