Routine inspection conducted today: Note: Currently not serving food for immediate consumption. Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C. All freezer units were at ≤ -18C. 100 PM chlorine residual detected in the chlorine sanitizer container. No pest activities noted during the inspection. Organization and general sanitation noted satisfactory. No signature required due to COVID-19 pandemic.
