Inspection report: 262344 met with owner and the following need your attention: Low temp dishwasher - must be supplied with approved sanitizer at min 50ppm chlorine. 3 compartment sink to be utilized until repair / maintenance person arrived. Only use disposable single use utensils to serve general public.
