Corrective Action(s): Ensure chemical bottles are properly labelled "sanitizer" or "bleach water" to avoid confusion of what the clear liquid is in the spray bottle. Bottle is stored out of reach of children. Downstairs refrigerator 4 C; freezer compartment - 10 C. Food not prepared downstair due to a lack of access to a handsink Staff advised dishes done in staff room domestic dishwasher, or manually ware washed in upstairs kitchen via 3 compartment sink method, as per posted washing/sanitizing instructions.
