Observation: Sanitizer spray bottle noted with clear liquid, test strips indicate 100 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure chemical bottles are properly labelled "sanitizer" or "bleach water" to avoid confusion of what the clear liquid is in the spray bottle. Bottle is stored out of reach of children.

Downstairs refrigerator 4 C; freezer compartment - 10 C.
Food not prepared downstair due to a lack of access to a handsink
Staff advised dishes done in staff room domestic dishwasher, or manually ware washed in upstairs kitchen via 3 compartment sink method, as per posted washing/sanitizing instructions.
Sanitizer spray bottle noted at 100 ppm chlorine solution available with wiping cloth
No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
