Follow-up inspection was conducted to the routine from November 29, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BJDU4L). The following was noted during the inspection. -Prep cooler has been adjusted and maintains 4C on all shelves. You may now use the prep cooler to store potentially hazardous foods. -Sanitizer pail present and measures at 200ppm chlorine residual. -Operator present with FoodSafe 1. Invoices pending for 2 employees who will be taking FoodSafe 1. -No garbage bags observed being used to store food products for consumption - good.
