- Electronic warmer is equipped for holding cooked peanut toppings - probed at 80C - good. - Clean up has been done inside the fridges but rusty water still seen on the base. Clean them again and ensure there is no moisture build up occurring at the base. Operator to send before & after pictures until July 24, 2023 to the undersigned once the work is completed.
